Booking Policies
Cancellation
A 24-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit of £5 is required in order to secure your slot. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.
Guests
For purposes of safety and sanitation, no extra guests are allowed to accompany you.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time. A 10 minute grace period will be given but after this your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
